This would effectively involve an internal audit of the RTO, including :
• Verification that assessment materials and practices meet the requirements the Standards for RTOs
• A check that delivery processes are in accordance with the Volume of Learning specifications
• Review of enrolment systems, including student support processes

• Verification that trainers and assessors meet the requirements of Clauses 1.13 to 1.16 of the Standards for RTOs
• For CRICOS providers, a review of compliance with all aspects of the ESOS National Code
