This would effectively involve an internal audit of the RTO, including :
- Verification that assessment materials and practices meet the requirements the Standards for RTOs

- Checking that marketing materials and practices are compliant

We take you through the whole registration process, providing assistance with every aspect of the complex requirements for registration. This includes the development of all policies and procedures, advice on the financial requirements, development of compliant assessment systems and practices, and detailed advice on the resource requirements for all qualifications.
RTOs often encounter problems in addressing non-compliances which have been identified at an ASQA or VRQA audit. We have extensive experience and expertise in working with clients to develop documentation to verify to the regulator that all non-compliances have been rectified.
Applying for additions to scope is a relatively simple process. However, RTOs need to ensure that they have all the required documents to support the application. We can assist in developing this material and/or providing advice on the suitability of particular material.
We have particular expertise in relation to all aspects of CRICOS registration and ongoing CRICOS compliance. This includes the preparation of compliant documentation covering all Standards in the ESOS National Code, and assistance with the enrolment and assessment issues, review of student attendance and progress reporting, and advice on the recording of information on PRISMS.
The company is familiar with the contractual requirements placed on providers in regard to State Government funding. We can provide advice on the best ways to ensure compliance when enrolling and training students, and how to maintain records in accordance with the contract. We can also assist in preparing rectification documentation to address issues identified at audit.
We have skills and knowledge in the processes for the accreditation of courses with the three Regulators (ASQA, VRQA, and TAC). Whilst the processes are somewhat different in each case, the documentation required is very similar. We are able to work with RTOs and industry to develop course structures, units of competency, and accreditation submissions which satisfy the requirements of the Standards for VET Accredited Courses.
